These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

BACKSLIDE LLC ("We" or "Us") makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: * Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose * Any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage * Any warranty that the Site will meet your requirements or operate error-free

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall We be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to: * The use of or inability to use our Site * Any products or services purchased through our Site * Any delay or failure in the delivery of products * Any loss or damage to You or any third party

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars).
